suppose if you are in ATM center and if you withdraw an amount of rs. 10000/-, you get a message to your mobile for deduction of amount but you did not receive any amount from ATM machine. What will you do? How do you rise a defect?

If i face such problem i will report to the authority of bank.I told him to rectify the problem as early as possible,i suggest him to put a notice behind the ATM for any other customer will not face that problem.

But i dont know hoe to strat my career in s/w. Every company offering on financial/bpo side. In this I attended nearly 10 companies,I selected in 8. All those are bpo and finacial, But i cant get any opportunities on s/w side.plz help how to get opportunites on s/w side. Actually I am interested on testing side.
