whenever fixed assets are purchased, the entry should be make in journal voucher and if payment is made, a payment voucher should be pass. like-----
Car A/c Dr.
To Trader/seller Cr.
when payment is made-
Trader/Seller A/c Dr.
To Cash/Bank A/c Cr.
