LED stands for Light Emitting diode.That means it emitts light when it is connected in Forward bias.An LED can emitts different colour of light.for example the LED made up of AL, GA, AS, emitts red colour light.LED made up of GA,P emitts Green colour.LED made up of GA,AS,P will emitts yellow clour light
