Next I had applied in chennai on nov 2006 again I was rejected due to un able to explain about the projects.Now due to no dates in chennai I am applying to delhi 17nth of this month.Willl it be any problem regarding on this.....plz help me....

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

I have applied for f-1 visa on may 18th ,i have not yet recieved my 4-2 results but till now i have an aggregate of 74.33% and no backlogs ,so can i attend the visa appointment without my 4-2 results ,and by just producing the completion certificate

HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.

i have taken 6 1/2 yrs to complete my Bachelors in mechanical engineering with 56.5 % and 31 backlogs. GRE score of 1150 and TOEFL 100. I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.
