Hi ,
This is a good question for me because i am crazy for this job, first i started my currior in Bpo industry in 2009 i joined spice bpo as cca in idea dehli post paid and out trainer told us that customer is good and our priorty is give the best solution and short out the customer problem, After two our raim down my process and this company shifted in hydrabad , So i leaved this and joined the patni as project traine my process is heath insurance process and this job was is contract base , and out contract was only for three month . in this process out performance was very good and out contract reneval for six month, and after six month my reneval the contract but during this i joined exl pay rool of the company , So at last come back my point i have all about the experance is bpo both voice and back office still fout year experance is for back office and two years is voice , I know very well how to face to client call and how to satisfy . I am a quick learner and always try to pick the new senerio and learn the new things,, So im apply for this post and i know very weel waht parameters for this postion.
