GIMME SOME BEST ANSWER BECAUSE I HAD REJECTED 2 YEARS BEFORE FOR VISIT VISA WITH MY GRAND MOTHER MY ANTY WAS SPONSERD AND NOW IAM APPLYING FOR F-1 VISA I THINK THEY HAVE RECORD IAM VERY TENSED HELP ME PLZ WHT CAN I DO ? I WAS NOT ABLE TO PRESENT PASSBOOKS 1ST TIME I FORGOT TO TAKE THEM ,MY BANK STATEMENTS WERE ASLO HAND WRITTEN BY BANK OFFICERS ON THEIR LETTERHEAD WITH SEAL AND SIGN WHICH SHE DID'NT ACCEPTED,I MENTIONED MY FATHERS(DOCTOR) SALARY 6LACS PER ANNUM ,INTERVIEWER SAID THAT SHE IS NOT CONVINCED THAT I AM HAVING SUFFICIENT FUNDS, SO VISA WAS REFUSED.I HAVE AGAIN TAKEN DATE FOR F1 VISA BUT MOST OF OUR LIQUID MONEY IS IN FORM OF FDRS AND PROPERTY SO WE DONT HAVE MUCH AMOUNT MENTIONED IN PASSBOOKS,HOW SHOULD I SHOW HER THAT I AM HAVING LOTS OF MONEY FROM FATHERS SALARY,PRIVATE PRACTICE AND LANDED PROPERTY.THIS TIME IF SHE WILL ASK AGAIN ABOUT MY PASSBOOK WHAT SHOLD I DO?SECONDLY I HAVE GOT LOAN SANCTIONED AND LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM UNIVERSITY HOW SHOULD I LET HER KNOW ABOUT ALL THIS?

Hii ,, mama, I got I-20 .. In I-20 they mentioned my expenses with tuition fee and everything as $24K and my total value of GA as $27K. so I am getting excess of $3000 for one year.. Now my question is how much I have to show at the time VISA interview? My father is farmer .My father doesn’t have any liquid assets but we have lands and immovable property around------ ----- I can show my maternal uncle and aunt liquid assets around 15 lakh…and immovable assets around 50 Lakhs,, they both are doctors..what are the documents I have to show ? Is it ok if I do like this?
HI, I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that have u filed immigration application so i told no not for me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for interview? plz help.
i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.
I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
