If we says that current is flow only when there is closed path & neutral work as a return path for the same. Then how circuit is closed in three phase as no neutral available ??

Not only neutral but in case of three phase system another phase act as a return path.suppose you connect a load between two phase. Now in this case current will flow from one phase to load and then another phase and in this case circuit complete through transformer from which power is feeding to the load. Means complete circuit will be ---current from one phase of transformer-->to load--->to another phase---->finally transformer.
