Sir i completed diploma in electrical from govt. Polytechnic dhanbad (jharkhand) . In 2012 . Now i am working in sail iisco plant . Sir i want to get electrical supervisory certificate for applying in ongc . From where i get this certificate please guide me procedure step by step

Dear Friend,
Supervisory Certificate will be issued by State Electricity licensing board.
Eligibity to get this Certificate :
Min 2-3 years experience in any Registered and 'A'grade licenced company as an electrical Supervisor.
after that you have to pay challan fee for a test
if you pass the test you will get a certificate and shall be renewal for every five years.
LV upto 1000vac HV 11kV, mv 33kv, ehv 132 kv

some time we open engine breaker 8.0 MW load but plant not trip. and another time engine open 4.0 MW load engine trip why? individually engine breaker open & individually emergency stop why difference?

HELLO EVERYONE, I RECENTLY HAVE FOUND ONE PROBLEM, I WAS TAKING NO LOAD TRIAL OF AN HT MOTOR 920 MOTOR , 1440 RPM , 6.6 KV, WITH AUTO TRANSFORMER. AT 450 V, LOAD WAS 40 AMP AND SPEED WAS 250 RPM. BUT AS WE INCREASE VOLTAGE FROM 450 TO 480V, LOAD BECOME 41 AND SPEED REDUCED TO SOME RPM . SO WHICH PHENOMENON ACTED HERE FOR REDUCING SPEED.?? AND IS IT HAPPENING ALWAYS OR IT IS RARE? I ALSO HAVE FACED SUCH PROBLEM WITH FEW LT MOTOR ALSO.
