How can u proove ur self as a TE the bug is valid? if the developer said its a invalid bug but TE said its a valid?

As per standards when defect are raised against test case and the actual result and expected result is shared in description itself also the Test case should have been signed off from business team prior to start of testing phase. If this dosen't satisfy the developer one should let him know to which part of FS does that test case represent, this where tractability matrix come into picture.
If the developer is still not satisfied and adamant then only go is to mail the business analyst and ask him to speak to developer, either on call or via mail.
