what"s the formula find the cement consumption for brick
work 12 thick wall 1 m2?
Answer Posted / dj_mgood
It's Depend on ratio of morter.
formula is very simple.
Quantity of wet material x 1.27 = Dry morter,
Example, let suppose wet material is 100cft then
100 x 1.27 = 127cft
requied material / some of ratio
if morter is 1:4 then
1/5 * 127 = 25.4 cft
25.4/1.25 = 20.32 say 21 bags
if thickness of plaster is 1/2" then it cover 508sft Area.
