After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and
technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i
got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd
and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree.
Now I have education like:
SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT]
10+2+2+2=16
my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my
company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or
15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have
that much experience. so please let me know whether my
education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

I have done Diploma in Mechanical engineering. I am going to attend interview for L1 VISA. Earlier I had worked in 3 companies and there was a gap of 6months in between. In present company i have not shown that gap.I didnt get any certificate from one company to which I havve merged that 6 months gap. How should I proceed now? please suggest me something.

My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103.
