Can i apply for pr in australia .i have overall 6 bands .W -6 , R -6.5 , L/S - 5.5.I have an experience of 5 years in teaching profession 

my IELTS score is 6.0 bands overall, bt i m failing in my 12th economics exame, but the overall result in 12th is PASS...so, if i apply for student visa, will i'll be able 2 get it.
