What is the difference Marshaling box and RTCC (Relay tap changer circuit) Panel of transformer ?

Marshelling box is generally erected at switch yard near the trafo & RTCC is erected at control room. MB is to marshell control cables from control & relay panel also from RTCC to OLTC & other supervision & cooling control system connected to transformer tank. RTCC panel is to operate tap & to supervise transformer heating & cooling conditions.
