Bearings are machine components which allows relative rotary motion around shaft, with minimal friction, noise and vibration, but of course with the help of lubricant.
Types of bearings:
1. Sliding bearings (Sleeve bearings)
2. Rolling bearings (Anti-friction bearings)
3. Magnetic bearings (Already in use-further R&D in progress)
