(SEZ)Developer is a person or entity or government which
establishes/develops a Special Economic Zone in India in
accordance with the provisions of "The Special Economic
Zones Act,2005" ("Special Economic Rules, 2006".
SEZ unit set up in a Special Exonomic Zone in accordance
with the provisions of "The Special Economic Zones Act,2005"
("Special Economic Rules, 2006". to manufacture products or
to render services.
