As they say early to bed early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise, So i usually wake up early at 6 am .Then i go to regular gym and workout for half an hour.Then after returning home, i do brush first of all, then drink a glass or two of water, and then milk.Then i take bath.By 7:30 am, i leave home for the office and take a shared cab.I reach there at 9 o clock.I usually prefer top take a small nap of breakfast and a tea.Then by 9:30 am,I do my work which is given to me.As again i have to take a cab,so i leave office at 6:30pm and take a cab.I reach home at around 8 pm.After freshing up, i take evening tea.Then i spent an hour watching Tv.Then by 9 pm,i have my dinner and and after that i take a walk.When it ticks 9:30 , i check my emails and facebook for an hour.By 10:30 pm, i go off to the bed.
