Hi my name is tony i was PR in Australia in skilled visa category. my lawyer did some bad things and after 2 years i got my visa cancelled. Now after marriage we have applied for canada on skilled category and main applicant is my wife. first we got approval from nova scotia canada and now they called us for an interview, we are in so much tension that can they check the earlier records or can they ask questions regarding my visa in australia on my passport there is no visa cancelled stamp. can somebody help i have my brother living in canada on permanent basis. we have interview after 2 weeks can somebody help us please??

Form 5645 (Family Information) If I mention spouse name & dob, I cannot say that I do not have a spouse & cannnot sign. am I right? 2. Form 5257 (Application for Temporary visa) page 4 Back ground Information (continue) Q # 3 to 7. My answer is "No". Do I have to fill IMM 5257 (Schedule) form? Hi I am indian citizen a business man with good business records & exports unfortunately i could never get time or never applied passport & thr was no need as i didnt had to travel anywhere now i recently got my passport first time & i wish to travel either canada or london or US everyone ( Tour & travel ppl ) i talk to they says first go to few countries & thn apply for US or canada i have proper business records and i maintain a good worth & i am doing business with american associates they have been to me 10 times & now they want i should go to them i am confuessed i hate to be rejected just because i have new passport & i have never been to any country please suggest or please anyone has same experience or anything i will be thankfull Thx friends
