Turbine protection in steam turbines are mainly overspeed, low steam pressure, low vacuum, low vacuum backup, exhaust hood high temperature, loss of generator seal oil, stator water temperature hi, gas concentration very high in stator water,manual trip & electrical trips associated with generator, main transformer, unit service transformer
