for 1 cum of 230mm thick brick work with ratio 1:5 please
give me an answer with detailed step
Answer Posted / vipin kumar
Bricks=1/volume of 1 brick
1/.23*.115*.075=504 Nos of Bricks.
But Pricitaly=475 to 485 Nos of bricks(kyoki fat layer not proper 10 0r 12mm).
Sand&Cement =100 cum B/work in 30 cum sand,
Than
cement ratio=1:5
.3/1+5=.05cum dry mortar
(1beg cement volume=(1/28.8)=.0347
Than Cement=.05/.0347=1.44 Bags
Sand =.05*5=.25cum.
