what is the difference between onshore and off shore
Answer Posted / murthy
Offshore is nothing but the employers working in home
country. In Onshore the emp will work from Client side.
ex: Offshore - Chennai
Onshore - US/UK
Once a project is decided, a team will form in Offshore and
onshore. Onshore emp interact with Client and he will
coordinate the offshore team. Offshore team need to report
all the issues, project related things to Onshore
coordinator only. He will report that to Client.
