Well sir, I have completed my (MBA /computer networking/Btech etc) and also I applied for so many companies, but mostly companies are require people who are experienced. I want to join this bpo industry because it gives opportunity to the people from different fields. If I compare bpo job with other fields job then it is very simple, all you have to do is to follow the instruction given by your supervisor or client. An agent can get good growth on salary as well as on position after spending 1 or more year. Hence this is the reason I want to join bpo industry
