2. Module name and build version.
3. Priority & Severity of the defect.
4. The name of the OS and the browser on which the defect can
be reproducible.
5. Steps to reproduce the defect.
6. Expected and Actual behaviors.
7. If possible, screenshot attachment of that defect.
