what r the General SHIFTING TIMES for WEB LOGIC ADmin? mostly my frnd said night sifts ? Is it Right?

Consider this point also
Weblogic is middle-tire supporting
(admin+Application)clients need always quick
response(servers are up)as per weblogic admin always check
for servers status that's y ALL shifts is IMP.
