IN CONCRETE CEMENT IS USED AS A BINDING MATERIAL.IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES SAND WHICH IS A FINE AGGREGATE AND AGGREGATE GENERALLY COARSE AGGREGATE IS USED AS A FILLER MATERIAL IN CONCRETE. IT ALSO CREATE A BONDING BETWEEN CEMENT AND AGGREGATE AND INCREASE STRENGTH.
