Side Cover in Column=40mm
So,
L=600-2*40=520mm
B=300-2*40=220mm
If Dia. of Ring assumed d=8mm
Then Cutting Length of Ring
Cutting Length=2[(520+2*d/2)+(220+2*d/2)]+2*10d-5d
=2[(528+228]+160-40
=2[756]+120
=1512+120
=1632mm
