what is the purpose of taking HV test in LT panel.

In LT Panel HV test we are conducting for checking the
insulation level of Busbars or components, and verifying
the Clearnace of Phase to phase or phase to Body.In fault
conditon Panel components are withstanding or not. HV test
applying voltage is 2.5KV for One Minute
