You can't use test management tool to test DB.
What's test DB?
- Test right result data.
- Optimize storing data with standards: table, relationship, index, sorting.
- Optimize queries, functions.
So you can use any tools to test. E.x: test db on SQL Server: you can DB Management tool of SQL Server to test query and measure performance of queries, functions.
