seviority - seriousness of the defect(how badly it affecting the application)
priority - urgency to fix the defect(how badly it affecting the customer)
so,
high priority and high seviority -
1. to check that the pen is writin when you open tha cap and write
2. check that that the pen is writin when you refill it
3. check that the leakage of the pen doesn't happen
