Chandra sekhar: Your answer is very helpful but only if
that can be understood. I dont want to hurt you but if you
can improve your english little bit that will be good and
its very important for a PM to have good communication
skills otherwise one will never get a chance and even if
he/she gets a chance then may not be able to go further.
With a hope that you will take my words positive, and with
an expectation that you will clarify the answer in a better
english, i have put this.
