A transducer is a device which converts one form of energy
to another form of energy, it can be electrical, mechanical
or thermal energy. It is not limited to electrical only.
A pressure transmitter is a device which consists of a
pressure sensing element(e.g diaphragm - transducer)and
converts the pressure into electrical signal using bridge
circuit.(e.g. 4-20mA, 1-5VDC).
