I am an electrical engineer, I found variation in KWH between
DG and EB for Same load for same duration, can any one help me
why this variation arises?

the difference is called parasitic losses. it depends on
distance b/w delivery end and recieving end and dissapiated
current or power of accessories of components b/w generating
end and recieving end.
