Sale during course of export is exempt from CST. Even
penultimate sale for export is also exempt from CST. To
claim the exemption the seller has to submit to his sales
tax office the Form-H obtained from the exporter or the
penultimate exporter. The exporter of the penultimate
exporter has to get the blank Form-H from the commercial tax
office, where they have the registration.
