They are 4 kinds of synchronization objects in MFC.
1) Critical Section
2) Semaphore
3) Mutex
4) Event
MFC provides the following synchronization classes to protect shared resources.
1) CCriticalSection
2) CSemaphore
3) CMutex
4) CEvent
