HUMAN GETS SHOCK EVEN NOT TOUCHING GROUND BECAUSE THE SAFE DISTANCE BETWEEN LIVE LINE AND GROUND IS REDUCED WHEN HE TOUCHES LINE. ALSO CAPACITIVE CURRENTS PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE HERE.
