Grades are something which depends on the W/C ratio, and in today's world we generally use the pre-mixed concrete so for Graded Concrete Mix above answer is All True. but for Grades of concrete it is not applicable.
As per IS:456-2000 the minimum grade of concrete for RCC is 25 N/mm2 as per the updated Exposure conditions.

I used Etabs software to analyse a high-rise building. And I want to use templated UBC-codes inside to calculate the Seismic load. My question is: whether or not I have to control the seismic load by base shear load which is manual calculation?
