yeah..marketing is an art of selling..which involves capturing of new customers & retaining, and carry with old customers along...
so, identifying and creating of customer needs and finally, satisfying customer needs in profit making way is marketing...

Dear ones, Currently am doing job in a retail industry as a floor manager.But doing this job cuts you from your social life n' that's y i am somewhat depressed.
