There is no provision in companies act to hold the EGM in a year its depends upon the requirements arise in the normal course of company business. there may be a meeting or may not be any one in an year.

What would be the Journal Entry at the time of receipt of Refund of INR 2 Crore from the Government in A.Y. 2014 - 2015 in the books of the Company?
