turbo charger is used to intake the ambient air and then to compress it before entering into the intake manifold. Resulting it increase the efficiency of the engine. Speed of a turbocharger varies from 80000-250000 rpm dep[ending upon the size. It also exhaust the burnt air of the engine into the environment.
