ph value of water is 6.5-7.5. as sewage water consist of suspended and dissolved solids,organic and inorganic materials its ph value is below 3 or 4.
if Ph value is given the formula for calculating H+ is
H+ = 10-Ph (10 to the power of -Ph)

For sloping slabs or sloping beams why the tension steel from either side of ridge is taken into compression zone of other side?
