what I feel ;A person gives important to that particular thing which attracts him alot , perticularly which he enjoys a lot.So,we must try to find out how Job can give us pleasure / entertain us directly or indirectly.....So that the person will love to do Job....

Everybody knows what are the importance of job still they are not doing . So,its time to be practical than theoretical.

First enjoy the work then love the work.Vice verse is also possible.
