BECAUSE IT MAY CONFUSE THE CUSTOMER, BECAUSE OF THAT REASON
WE WILL GIVE HIGH SEVERITY(IT HAS TO FIX),
BUT WE WILL GIVE LOW PRIORITY (NEED NOT TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY).
