customer service is fulfilling the expectation of a customer. when a customer buys any product, he may not be aware of the usage of the product or he may have some issues or problems with that product. So educating customer about the usage or solving his issues or problems is the aim of customer service.
A good customer service results in satisfied customer and business growth........
