Why to make DNS server? If a Client accessing the internet
have or not connected with DNS server.

DNS has database which has ip addresses corrensponding to
releted FQDN(fully qualiffied domain name). when we ping to
any machine or browse any site it resolves machine name or
site name to ipaddress elese if we put ip-address it
resoles ip-address to hostmachine or web-url.
In every machine it has host file in system32. the same
function DNS does but host file is locally accessiable and
DNS is accessiable throught the domain.
