how does oil cools the transformer
Answer Posted / arun
actully when xmer works there r two losses iron and copper loss due to these losses core and windings r heated and most of the wdg and core are immersed in the xmer so the oil will heatd this heated oil goes up and the cold one goes down this heated oil gives its heat to the walls of the xmer and from the wall it is given to the surrouding atmosphere like this continuous cooling is done by the oil
