why? Boiler furnesh pressure transmitter mount in boiler top and it's impulse line is in bottom of the boiler. Aneybody kindly tell me this reason.

to avoid the direct contact of hot steam with the transmitter so the impulse line should be filled with water which is coming from the condensation in the below of the boiler.
