3.sound of transformer.
4.oil leakage.
5.level of oil in conservator.
6.record oil and winding temperature.
quarterly
1.cleaning of transformer and yard.
2.tightening of hv & lv connection.
3.checking of bucholz relay,cleaning of glass cover.
yearly
1.dehydration of transformer oil.
2.check dielectric strength of oil.
3.check moisture content in oil.
4.check acidity test.
5.insulation resistance test.
6.resistance test of earthing pits.
7.protection check up.
8.tan delta test.
