We should pass two entries.
2000 Cash withdraw by Director for purchase gift.
Journal entry:
Director a/c Dr 2000.00
Cash a/c Cr 2000.00
Second Entry:
Staff welfare a/c Dr 2000.00
Director a/c Cr 2000.00
