Tell me about a time when you had to use your presentation
skills to influence someone's opinion?

Hi,
A basic answer to this question is whenever we make sales presentations :)
But apart from this we had to influence our team to adopt a standard way of making documents for customers. This was a presentation made to a group of people not all of whom were reporting to me and so had no need to follow what I said.
The solution was to get my senior to the room to explain why what we were doing was important and how documents that do not meet the standard would be NOT REVIEWED and rejected.
Once that was done, my role was a simple one of explaining the rules required to be followed and why each one was important from the client point of view.
