Contract)with a Service company for Photocopiers Machines
it is understood that we will be charged 12.36% of Service
Tax on 70% of Total amount however how much percentage VAT
is applicable on rest of the 30 % of total amount?

yes vat is applicable on rest of 30% bcoz total tax
calculate on 100% value you are already charging 70% service
tax
