There are three types of accounts...
1. Personal account
2. Real acxount
3. Nominal account
Definetion with example of all accounts is given below.
1. Personal account-Debit the reciever, credit the giver
e.g ( name of the company and name of the persons.)
2. Real account-Debit what comes in and credit what goes out
e.g ( property account and asset account.)
3. Nominal account-Debit all the expenses and losses credit all the income and gains
e.g (income- divident recieved and expenses salary paid.)
